The recipe Stuffed Capsicum with (Nutrella) Kheema on NDTV Cooks.com is a intresting recipe. My query what exactly is this "Nutrella" in the recipe. I checked the Ingredient glossary but did'nt find anything. Please do reply and let me know as soon as possible as its a new recipe for my In-laws. I'm eager to try it out.

Soya granules. Nutrella is a brand name. In India it is referred to as nutri nuggets or nutri granules also.
