Query:
I tried 6 times unsucessfuly to make my Munchurian Balls's crispy. Even after adding half quantity of Corn flour it still turns up soft and soggy after i stir the balls in sauce. Please advise I want to surprise my Wife.

Answered by Niru:
Cornflour will help making it crisp. So do not decrease the quantity from the recipe you are following. Anything crisp if soaked in sauce for some time will turn soggy. Put them in at the last minute.
