Please help me make khova, as many recipes call for it. I can't find milk powder here. I want to use only milk and butter. Someone said it requires milk to be boiled for hours and hours and I have to keep stirring it. Is there an easier way?

Ingredients: 1 kg full cream milk
a large kadahi
Method: Bring the milk to boil in the kadahi and then simmer over low heat.
Stir to avoid scorching till the milk thickens and collects together in a solid mass.
