A lovely, large, airy white space off the lobby on the right, an adaptation of a classic pastry shop, serving fresh cakes and pastries, other gourmet delicacies such as quiches and tarts, rare coffees and teas, fresh juices and made-to-order sandwiches. Culinary delights at PBC offer a variety of delicious bites and a menu of the day on display which includes fresh bakery (their patisserie chef is award-winning), classic salads, hot \& cold soups, and a fine variety of cookies and candies. Also on offer are a varied selection of savouries, cheeses and breads, juices, energy drinks and assorted chocolates among others in the retail section. Lots of light, lots of goodies to buy and, at last, a decent selection of international breads in this city. Apart from the six different varieties of bread (including non-wheat varieties like rye), a live sandwich bar, cakes, savouries, a beverage reach-in, cheeses and a section dedicated to imported packaged food items, the USP of the patisserie chef at PBC includes the following\: homemade parfaits (like a mousse; only lighter), Fashion Chocolate Creations, which is a new addition; Wedding Cakes (planning to have a Choco-based Wedding Fair), Cooking Classes and custom-made Designer Cakes.
