Persian Terrace

Persian Terrace is located at level 4 of the Sheraton Hotel. Open only in the evening, it serves exclusive and authentic Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine in an open-air setting. With an Arabian Nights ambience you can dine on authentically prepared kabobs and polos (pulaos). The Mago e Kabob(jumbo prawns in saffron) and Keshk e Bedanjan (brinjals) are excellent. This is also one of the few places in the country where you can order Iranian Caviar served with accompaniments. Round off with Omali, a Middle East-style pudding.
