The Special Thali seems to be Bikanervala's most wanted. Do try the Dahi Bhalla, Papdi Chaat, Raj Kachori and Deluxe Thali. You won't be disappointed. However, it is mithai for which they are best known and the variety includes some innovative kinds. The range of sugar-free mithai is also interesting\: Kalakand, Besan Burfi, Moong Dal Burfi and Imarti.
