Impress your date with some fanciful dates... a heart-shaped, velvety box chock-a-block with plump dates and chocolates. And that's not all. Date Chocolates, Date Truffles, Date Jams, Date Juice, Date Pastries, Dates with Orange, Date Bar, Date stuffed with Orange Lemon Peel, Biscuits stuffed with Dates, and a sparkling Date Drink too\! Bateel imports dates including Sokari, Sekki, Khidri and (my favourite) Kholas from their own groves in Al-Ghat. Their Turkish delight and assorted handmade chocolates won't disappoint you. They also stock Honey Acacia, Dry Fruit Jam, Orange Jam, Plain Milk Chocolate with different nuts, gourmet items. Bateel is a good place to pick up sweet little gifts that come in heart-shaped tins and handmade boxes.
