150 gm cottage cheese
50 gm refined oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
50 gm chopped onion
50 gm chopped tomato
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp ground cumin seeds
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
25 gm white butter
50 gm fresh cream
Salt to taste
Garnish:
Chopped coriander
Shredded ginger
Sliced tomato peel |

Heat oil in a pan. Saute jeera and chopped onion in the pan until brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir well.
Pour some tomato puree over it for color.
Cook over low flame for a minute.
Add the jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and a dash of kasoori methi.
Stir in the paneer.
Mix the paneer well with the masalas. Let it cook over a low flame for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from flame.
Pour the butter and cream over the paneer.
Garnish Paneer Lababdar with shredded ginger, chopped coriander and sliced tomato peel.
Serve hot. |
