Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine

    1 Tbsp ghee

    10 green cardamom

    25 gms almonds

    25 gms cashews

    25 gms raisins

    1 kg semi cooked basmati

    100 gms sugar

    500 gms milk

    50 gms cream

    Saffron, a pinch

Method

In a pan, fry margarine, ghee, green cardamom, almond, cashew nut and raisins 

In a sauce pan, boil milk and cream with a little bit of saffron

Add semi cooked basmati and saffron infused milk and mix them well.

Cover the top and the let the rice cook.

Serve hot.
