Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil

    1/4 tsp rai (mustard seeds)

    A pinch of heeng

    1/4 tsp turmeric powder

    Curry leaves

    1 bowl of soaked and hung sprouts

    Salt to taste

    1/4 tsp red chilli powder

    1/4 tsp goda masala

    1/4 cup water

Method

Heat the oil in a pan. Add rai, heeng, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Saute well.

Add the sprouts, salt, red chilli powder, goda masala and water.

Mix well, cover and cook on a low flame for five minutes and serve.
