Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of tuna (sashimi grade)

    1 Tbsp of mustard

    2 Tbsp of soy sauce

    3-4 Tbsp of red wine/ brown rice vinegar

    1 tsp of sesame oil

    1 tsp of fish oil

    Rosemary

Method

Cut the tuna into small pieces and bind it with mustard.

Mix the soy sauce, red wine, sesame oil, fish oil and chopped rosemary to make the dipping sauce.

To Serve:
Serve with the dipping sauce.
