For the dressing, in a bowl take honey, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, take french beans, tuna, potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Toss the vegetables and pour the dressing over the salad.
To Serve: Garnish the Tuna salad with boiled egg and top with dressing.
