Stuffed Chicken Breast Wrapped In Prosciutto with Steamed Beans Wrapped in Bacon

For stuffed chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto:
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
Score the aubergine and press 2 cloves of garlic into the sliced aubergines.
Sprinkle salt, olive oil and thyme on aubergines and add butter.
Grill aubergines for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Fry chopped onions and bacon in olive oil and saute till onions are translucent.
Slice the chicken breast into 2 and pound it.
Take the grilled aubergines out of the oven. Remove the pulp and add it to the bacon and onion mixture.
Place the mixture in the middle of flattened chicken breast and wrap it into a parcel.
Wrap the stuffed chicken with slices of prosciutto.
Cook in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until breasts are nice and golden.
For steamed beans wrapped in bacon:
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
Wrap the bacon around 8-10 beans.
Arrange the bacon parcels onto a roasting tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
To Serve: Serve beans with chicken breast.
