Stir Fried Veggies in a Guillan Chilli Sauce

Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and add all the chopped veggies to it.
Toss it well so that all the veggies cook equally.
Add the guillan chilli sauce to this and toss vigourously.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce and ginger and toss some more.
Transfer into a bowl or plate and garnish with spring onion.
You may serve with rice or eat as is.
