In a hot wok add olive oil, onions, ginger and garlic. Saute.
Add spinach, bok choy, cabbage, capsicum, chillies and green mango. Saute on high heat.
Add the vinegar, salt, soy and pepper.
Toss and serve with rawas fillets with ginger lemon sauce.
