Recipe Cook Time
For Meat Balls:
Soak the slices of white bread in milk.
In a food processor mix the meat with the onions, garlic, parmesan, chopped parsley.
Add the bread and a little of the milk.
Make a soft yet firm mix. wet your palm and shape into 15 - 20 meat balls.
Add some oil in a pan, sear the meat balls and set aside.
Garnish and serve.
For Spaghetti Sauce:
Heat some olive oil in the pan, add the onions and garlic.
Add the chopped tomatoes, juice and the tom puree. add the oregano and basil and cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the seared meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season to taste, add a pinch of sugar if the tomatoes are too acid.
