Remove the adductor muscle from the scallops.
Score the scallops on both the sides using a knife.
In a bowl place the scallops add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a pan, add the diced bacon and cook till crisp.
Add the sliced garlic, red chillies and fry till the garlic gets golden.
In a pan add butter and add olive oil.
Fry the scallops in the butter until caramelized.
To Serve: Plate the scallops with bacon chilli garlic topping.
