Dry roast rava in a pan until golden brown.
Then remove from flame and soak in 1 cup water for an hour.
Heat oil in a deep pan till it becomes hot for frying
while oil gets hot,
Mix besan and all ingredients & add the soaked rava.
Mix well, add water to make pakoda batter.
Add batter to the hot oil (one could also use a spoon to put the batter)
Fry until golden brown
serve hot with green chutney, or chutney of your choice.
