Prawn Peri Peri

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp groundnut oil or sunflower oil

    4-6 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

    1 red chili, seeded and finely chopped

    200 gm peeled prawns, defrosted if frozen

    1/4 tsp salt

Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan or wok, then put in the garlic and the chili and fry for a minute.

 Add the prawns and the salt, and gently sizzle-fry for 5 minutes.

Serve with crusty bread or ciabatta for dipping into the sauce.
