Recipe Cook Time
For the prawns:
In a pan add 1 tsp butter, chopped prawns and salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
For the stuffing:
In a pan add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter, Kashmiri chilli, cumin, saunf. Let it splutter.
Now add the onions. Saute till golden.
Add the tomatoes, salt and fresh coriander. Cook till the tomatoes wilt and leave oil on the sides. Add the prawns to this mixture. Toss well. Keep aside to cool.
For the omelette:
In a bowl break 4 eggs. Add salt, pepper and red chilli powder.
Whisk it for a minute. Add the cooled prawn stuffing. Mix.
In a pan add 1 tsp butter, let it melt and Add the omelette mixture. Sprinkle the cheese.
Cook from both sides. Roll it up and cut it into four equal parts.
Place between the pavs and serve.
