Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes

    200 ml whipped yogurt

    1 Tbsp oil

    1 tsp cumin seeds

    1 tsp yellow mustard seeds

    Salt and pepper to season

    4 Tbsp sliced spring onion

    4 Tbsp chopped pineapple


    For the topping:

    2 Tbsp chopped garlic

    1 Tbsp chopped mint

    2 chopped green chillies

    1 Tbsp roasted melon seeds

    4 slices of dried bread

Method

Coat potatoes with whipped yogurt.

Heat oil and fry the mustard seeds followed by cumin.

Stir and pour over the potatoes.

Mix in the spring onion and pineapple.

Season.

Crush the bread into rough pieces.

Mix in melon seeds, garlic, green chillies and mint.

Season and pour over the potatoes.

Serve chilled.
