Recipe Cook Time
Whisk the yoghurt.
Add pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic and ginger paste.
Marinate chicken pieces in this for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and saute onions lightly.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomato and saute till the oil separates.
Put in the chicken and fry for five minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked.
Finally add the garam masala. Serve with rice.
