Recipe Cook Time
Slice the potatoes in circles of 3 cm thickness.
Soak in chilled water to prevent oxidation.
Drain the water.
Season the sliced potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg.
Layer the sliced potatoes in a dish.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and thyme between layers. Top it all with a spoon of vegetable stock.
Continue to do the same for 3-4 layers.
Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese, thyme and some more stock.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 C.
