Melt the margarine till it is smooth and lump free.
Add sugar and mix well till a smooth batter is formed.
Add flour and semolina, mix well. Add water to make smooth dough.
Take a cookie cutter and cut out into round shapes.
Top it up with a piece of cashew nut.
Bake on a greased foiled baking tray till they are brown and crisp.
