Lamb and Pork Burger with Chunky Salad

For lamb and pork burger:
Put the crackers in a zip-lock bag and pound until crushed.
In a large mixing bowl, add the crackers, parsley, one finely sliced onion, red chilli, one teaspoon of mustard, egg and Worcestershire sauce to minced pork and lamb and mix well. Season to taste.
Roll the mixture into patties and cook them for 3-4 minutes on each side in a griddle pan.
In another pan, heat bacon till crisp. Remove bacon from the pan and add thickly sliced onion to the excess bacon fat left in the pan.
Add a bit of butter, some ketchup, mustard and olive oil to it. Fry the onions till translucent.
Finally, toast the buns and layer them with the onion mixture, fried bacon, the patty and finish off with a cheese slice.
To Serve: Serve with chunky salad and fries on the side.
For chunky salad with lemon olive oil dressing:
In a bowl, whisk the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Chop the vegetables .
Add some dressing to the chopped vegetables and toss .
