Laksa Chicken Tikka

Marinated in the beautiful flavours of laksa paste and yogurt, chicken pieces are grilled over charcoal fire.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 table spoon Laksa Paste

    200 gms chicken leg bone less

    2 tea spoons ginger garlic paste

    ¼ cup yogurt

    To taste - salt
 
METHOD:
Wash the chicken pieces well and drain. Marinate in salt and ginger garlic paste for 30mins. Drain excess water and keep the chicken aside.

In the mean while make a paste of sauteed laksa paste, yogurt and salt. Marinade chicken in the same for 4 hours.

Skewer the chicken pieces and grill over charcoal fire.
