  • 1 Cup Kuttu ka atta
  • 1 cup Singhare ka atta
  • 1 tsp Ssendha namak
  • Water (to knead dough)
  • Ghee (to deep fry)
  • Dry flour (for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup Mashed potatoes

How to Make Kuttu Ka Paratha

To begin with, add kuttu ka atta, singhare ka atta, mashed potatoes and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes and proceed to make the parathas.

Make it on a non-stick pan (for those who prefer less ghee), though it may become a little dry.
