Ingredients

  • 1 packet jelly

1 bottle vodka (and a good one!)

Small plastic glasses or any moulds that you would like to set the shots in

    Orange rinds, optional

    Decorate with:

    Sprinklers

    Chocolate flakes

    Whipped cream

Method

Make the jelly as per the instructions in the packet. (Add the jelly powder to boiling water and stir till all lumps are removed.)

While the jelly is liquidy fill 3/4th of the shot glasses with the jelly mixture and 1/4 with vodka. (Pour in more vodka if you want it to be stronger)

Stir and let it set in the fridge not freezer for about 2-3 hours.

Use small plastic glasses as that makes it easy to consume by just squeezing the shot out of the glass.

You can even make jell-o-fruits in the same way by setting the jelly-vodka mixture in fruit rinds like that of oranges.

Remove the pulp while keeping the rind halves intact like a cup. Fill with the mixture and set. Cut in desired shapes.

Feel free to decorate with whipped cream, sprinklers, icing sugar or what ever you like.

Serve cold!
