Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas

    Salt to season

    2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

    2 cloves garlic

    Juice of 2 lemons

    2 1/2 Tbsp tahini paste (sesame paste)

    Sumac powder for garnish

Method

In a blender add the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, tahini paste and salt.

Give it a good blend till it reaches a good thick velvety consistency.

Garnish with a sprinkle of sumac powder.
