Ingredients

  • Red peppers

    1 Tbsp almond- blanched  

    2 cloves of garlic 

    1/2 tsp red chilli paste   

    1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

    Pinch of salt  

    Pinch of pepper   

Method

Roast red bell peppers on a grill (toss the red bell peppers in olive oil and salt) grill until charred  put in a bowl and cover with cling film.

Let them wrinkle, then peel, deseed and slice.

Season with some salt and pepper.

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend while pouring the olive oil in a steady stream to emulsify to a thick rich sauce.
