Recipe Cook Time

Separate four egg yolk in a bowl.
Add another whole egg and honey into the yolks.
Heat water in a pan; place the bowl with egg and honey over it.
Whisk this mixture well till they are slightly cooked and smells of honey.
In another bowl, whip fresh cream.
Fold the honey cream mixture and the fresh cream together.
Line a loaf tin with cling film and place some mint leaves.
Pour the honey cream mixture into the tin and cover tightly with cling film so that there are no air pockets.
Refrigerate for overnight, till it sets.
To Serve: Remove the honey cream from the cling film and place it on a dish. Dress it with roasted walnuts and mint leaves.
