Garlic Balsamic Prawns

Prawns dipped in a delicious garlic, parsley and balsamic marinade and pan seared. Served with brown rice onion pilaf.

Ingredients

  • 125-140 gms small sized prawns (Weight after being shelled and cleaned)

    4 bamboo skewers (Soaked in water for 10 minutes)

    1 Tbsp olive oil, to pan fry the skewers


    For the marinade:

    1 bunch parsley

    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

    20 ml soya sauce

    20 ml balsamic vinegar

    10-15 cloves garlic

    1 Tbsp oil

Method

In a blender mix together all the marinade ingredients.

Keep aside 2-3 tbsp of the marinade aside for garnishing and marinate the prawns in the rest of it.

Skewer the prawns and let them chill for about 10 minutes.

In a pan add oil and pan sear the prawns for 2-3 minutes on both sides or till done.

Garnish with some marinade.

Serve with a brown rice onion pilaf.
