In a pan add oil.
Add the egg. Cook for a minute.
Add the ginger, garlic and red chillies.
Add the steamed rice. Toss well.
Add salt, pepper and soya sauce.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with Asian BBQ chicken.
