Make homemade chicken stock to use in a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of chicken bones

    1 1/2 litres of water

    1 large bay leaf

    1 onion quartered

    1 carrot, halved

    10 whole black peppercorns

    Salt

Method

Put in a pressure cooker till the chicken is cooked.

Then let it sit for at least half in hour.

Drain the chicken and all else, and you have fresh homemade stock.

Key Ingredients: Chicken, Bay Leaf, Onion, Carrot, Salt, Black Pepper
