Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp margarine

    1/2 tsp butter

    1/2 kg dhoodi

    3 Tbsp jaggery

    100 ml soy milk

    25 gms almonds, chopped

    25 gms pistachios, chopped

Method

In a kadai, steer margarine, butter and dhoodi together.

Steer them and reduce them.

Add jaggery into this mix.

In a sauce pan, boil soy milk and chopped almonds together.

Add the milk mix into the kadai.

Mix all ingredients well.

Garnish it with chopped pistachio.

Serve hot.
