Ingredients

  • 1 boiled corn (off the cob)

    1 onion, diced

    1/2 red bell pepper, diced

    1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced

    3-4 cherry tomatoes

    1/2 chilli, chopped

    2 hearts of palm (Fruits from the palm tree)

    1 Tbsp coriander, chopped

    1 avocado, chopped (ripe)

    Juice of 1 lemon

    Olive oil, to drizzle

    Salt, to taste

    Pepper, to taste

Method

In a bowl mix together everything. Toss well.

Serve.
