Melt butter and chocolate together and set aside.
In a bowl whisk sugar and egg together till it gets to ribbon stage. Add the melted mix in the bowl and fold in the cocoa powder and flour.
Set the mould in a water bath and pour in the mix.
Bake at 170 C for 30 to 35 mins and serve hot.
In a pan caramelise sugar and add little water to it. Add morello cherry and their juices and pour it over chocolate pudding.
