Mix the chicken with corn flour, salt and pepper and deep fry it till it is half done. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, red chilli, lemon grass and curry powder and sauté it well.
Add the chicken stock and then the fried chicken. Add sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add green onions and corn flour and cook for five minutes or till done.
Garnish it with chopped green onion and serve.
