For the marinade:
Mix all the ingredients together in a paste form.
For the satay:
Marinate the chicken in one bowl.
Marinate the tofu pieces and bell peppers in one.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Skewer it and barbeque till done while basting with some oil in between.
For the peanut sauce:
In a pan add oil, garlic, peanuts. Saute.
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, sugar, fish sauce and coconut milk.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with the satay.
Marinated pieces of chicken and tofu skewered and barbequed. Served with a flavorful peanut sauce.
