Ingredients

  • 50 gm chickpeas

    50 gm dark brown peas

    1/2 tomato, chopped

    1/2 potato, boiled & chopped

    50 gm green peas, boiled

    Salt to taste

    1 onion, chopped

    2 Tbsp red chilli powder

    1 green chilli

    1 tsp chaat masala

    2 garlic cloves, fried

    Few slices of chicken (optional)     
        
    1 tsp mint chutney

    1/2 cup pomegranate

    2 tsp sesame

    1 lime for lemon juice

    2 tsp tamarind extract

    1 spring onion, chopped

Method

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients

Garnish and serve
