Chickpeas tossed with potatoes, tomatoes and some lip smacking seasoning of lime juice and masala.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chick peas, boiled

    1 cup small potatoes, boiled

    1 small tomato, chopped

    2 tsp green chilies, chopped

    1 tsp lime juice

    1/4 tsp chaat masala

    Pinch of black salt

    Salt to taste

Method

In a bowl, take chick peas; add green chillies, tomatoes, potatoes and lemon juice.

Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt and salt. Mix it well.

Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve chilled.
