Butter Icing Recipe

Its an easy recipe to make your ordinary tasting cake extra ordinary. This butter icing slathered on your cake is a treat.

Ingredients of Butter Icing

• 1 1/4 cups icing sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup powdered milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• milk as required

How to Make Butter Icing

Mix all the ingredients together and beat with an electric beater till stiff peaks are formed.

Remember; add the milk gradually so that you don't add too much.

Spread over the cake.
