Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bread slices

    1/2 tsp red chilli powder

    A pinch of red color

    A pinch of zeera powder

    Little water

    Salt to taste and

    4 tsp oil to fry

Method

Take each slice of bread and take the middle soft part.

Make a batter of water, salt, zeera powder, red chilli powder and red color in an bowl add salt to taste mix it well.

Then dip the slice in the batter and squeeze it well to make long finger shapes medium size and deep fry it.

After it is deep fried place it on an tissue paper, which would absorb the oil.
