Recipe Cook Time
In a pan, saute refined oil, cumin, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Add little water to deglaze it.
In the same pan saute, cashew nut, raisin and butter and mix them all together
Crumble in two boiled potatoes and paneer in the pan.
Add half a lime, chaat masala and fresh coriander. Mix them all together.
Pre-heat the over for 10 minutes at 180C.
Chop up the inner parts of Capsicum to stuff in the masala .
In a pan, add a little refined oil and sear and charge the capsicum before stuffing in the masala .
Add salt to the roasted Capsicum and stuff in the masala.
Crumble and sprinkle over paneer and chaat masala.
Add couple of raisins over it.
Add little refined oil in the roasting tray and place the capsicum in it.
Roast them for 20 minutes and baste in with refined oil and butter.
