Split the sausages along their length. Combine the dry spices and fill into the pockets. Arrange in a baking dish.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fruit juice.
Season and pour over the sausages. Set aside for 1 hour.
Bake at 200 degree C for 20 minutes, basting frequently until the sausages are well browned.
Serve hot with grilled tomatoes.
