Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (French beans, carrots, cauliflower, and green peas), chopped and boiled

    2 onions, chopped

    1 cup capsicum, chopped

    6-7 cloves of garlic, chopped

    A pinch of garam masala

    2 Tbsp coriander, chopped

    4 Tbsp grated Paneer

    1 1/2 cup tomato gravy

    4 tsp oil

    Salt to taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic. Saute till golden brown.

Add chopped capsicum, boiled vegetables, garam masala and salt. Stir.

Take a baking dish and put the cooked vegetables in it.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, tomato, salt, grated paneer and tomato puree. Cook for five minutes.

Pour this puree over the vegetables in the baking tray.

Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins and serve hot.
