For the fish:
Clean the fish. Leave the skin on. Slice from the middle but not all the way through.
In a baking tray place the fish and add garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice. Rub hem thoroughly.
Sprinkle cumin powder, paprika and oil. Rub it and add salt. Add the butter.
Wrap the fish in a foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degree C.
For the vegetables:
In a pan add olive oil, onions and bell peppers. Saute. Add ginger.
Add the bok choy and chinese cabbage. Saute till they start to get a little soft.
Now add the soya sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss and serve with the baked fish.
Trout fused with butter, herbs and baked perfect. Served with mild flavored stir fried vegetables.
