Baked Egg

Baked eggs are both easy to make and serve. Prosciutto slices topped with an egg, drizzled with truffle oil, mascarpone and some light seasoning. Baked and served in a ramekin.

Ingredients

  • Some slices of prosciutto

    1 egg

    1 red chilli

    Truffle oil

    Salt and pepper

    Mascarpone

Method

In a ramekin put some slices of prosciutto at the bottom to form the base and crack the egg on top of it.

Add one large spoon of mascarpone along with one red chilli.

Dress the egg with a few drops of truffle oil and season with little salt and pepper.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes


To Serve: Serve the eggs with a few pieces of crusty bread with some olive oil on them.
