Recipe Cook Time
Blanching the Corn:
Boil the water with salt in it and add 250 grams of baby corn.
Strain away the hot water put baby corns into cold water for sometime.
Mix them all together and keep it in the fridge for 10 - 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add blanched baby corn and spice paste together. Mix them well.
Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
In a pan, add 300 grams of oil to deep fry the baby corn pakodas.
Coat the baby corn with the batter and deep fry them in a oil.
