Recipe Cook Time
In a pan saute refined oil, whole green chillies, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black gram and chopped onion.
Add Ginger garlic paste, whole green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix them well together.
One by one add chopped tomato, little sugar, chopped arbi, coriander leaves and lime.
Add water and mix the arbi well with the masalas.
Cover it and let the arbi cook for sometime
Serve the arbi hot.
